We’ve seen their work celebrated in the pages of numerous awards annuals and glossy magazines, but what are the innermost thoughts of the next wave of creative directors making their way through the scene? How do they perceive the design industry? Where are they taking design in the future and how do they plan to get their businesses there without sacrificing the quality and creativity of their work? What are the greatest challenges they face and how do they deal with them?

Find out what keeps these designers challenged, inspired and engaged in the industry, and how they plan to reshape it over the course of the next few years.
