AGDA Members - Your Vote Counts
AGDA Councils throughout Australia will host their respective State Annual General Meetings (AGM).
The key agenda item will be the State Council elections. For any Member who wants to participate in a more direct way in the success of AGDA, now is the ideal opportunity to raise your hand.
A special item of business on the agenda is the replacement of the original AGDA Constitution with a version more aligned with current legal and corporate requirements.
Your State Councils will be seeking the approval of members to replace the Constitution with the revised model.
Both old and revised documents are attached here for review by AGDA's members.
