AGDA QLD invites members, family and friends to attend a tour of the AMERICAN IMPRESSIONISM & REALISM: A landmark Exhibition from the MET on Saturday 20 June 2009 commencing at 10am.

Guided by David Burnett, Curator International Art, "the exhibition makes available to Australian audiences, for the first time and on an unprecedented scale, a selection of 71 paintings from New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. Included are many of the Metropolitan’s best examples in the American Impressionist and Realist traditions which have never before been displayed together and are not likely to be lent again as an ensemble."

Cost: $20 for members; $25 for non-members. Cost includes 1 hot or cold beverage only per person at the Watermall Café, QAG.
