Guy Gowan has manipulated images since the first digital scanning devices were developed. He has worked, taught and consulted in the design and print industries – an environment where working at speed to the highest quality is paramount.
Since the advent of professional digital photography, Guy has demonstrated and taught these principals to a world wide audience of professional photographers working as an independent consultant with Adobe Systems, Apple computers, Wacom, Xrite and others. There are few work-places where an increase in speed and productivity does not mean a drop in quality.
Guy’s methodalogies, along with his understanding of light, range and colour theory, provides a unique way of working that overcomes these compromises.
By attending Guy Gowan’s digital imaging workshop you will learn how to see past the tools and menus within Adobe Photoshop. Guy will demonstrate his technique enabling you to adjust and edit images including raw files with speed and accuracy.
