When: 6th March 2010
Time: 09:15am - 12:30pm

As the preliminary formation of any great design or idea, creating the perfect sketch is the artist’s foremost visual aid.
The first in a series of drawing related B2B events for 2010, AGDA invites you to explore the basic fundamentals of creating the perfect sketch with fellow designer and artist, Carolyn Morgan.
With the city and the Story Bridge as your backdrop, bring pencils, pens or your favourite media to explore perspective, capturing depth of field and explore sketching techniques. Open to beginners and experienced artists – you are also welcome to invite a friend.
Please bring along a sketchpad (A4 or A3 recommended) and a foldable chair or rug is also recommended to sit on. As this is an outdoor event don’t forget your hat, water, and sunscreen!
Venue: Captain Burke Park, Kangaroo Point
Meeting underneath the Story Bridge – look for the AGDA sign.
Cost: Members: free. Non-members: $10
Cost includes basic materials (paper and pencils) and a light morning tea.
